Im kinda new a this. Have done an older xbox with matrix and works fine
flashed with a pgmr. now have a new xbox and xecuter lite 2 chip, xecuter pgmr using xbmgr pgm have loaded evolutionx 256 in bank 1 and 2, put cromwell1.6 in banks 3 & 4. xbprm flashed the chip ok. install the chip get 2 blues & 1 green. xbox works in normal mode. goto chip mode th xbox tries to boot 2 times the comes up red green flash and no video. this happens in both bois 1 and 2.

Believe it or not, the chip is slightly askew. Try moving the chip slightly and keep the green light. Try this until it works or your eyes bleed from looking at the bright LED's.

I went through the same problem, I'm slow and didn't ask the right questions, took me over two months to figure it out. After I solved the problem using my multi meter, I installed the chip using header pins and the alt D0 location, simple, and solved all my problem...I have a x2.3b lite with pogo pins, I'll never buy one of those again.. _________________ XBOX Ver: 1.5

they are a bit of a joke for people who dont have much modding experience.. I cant believe they call them Non-Soldier..
I have installed only 1 x xecuter with a friend of mine and we had nothing but problems too..
Connor2k though on the other hand has had nothing but great luck.. All his installs lately have been xecuter 2.x LITE + and he really seems to know what hes doing..
Just stick with a soldier chip as if you move around your xbox too much your modchip will need to be repositioned.
