Okay I have a couple problems!
First, I ahev a newer version of XBMP 2.4 and when i go to my music no songs show up. Whats Wrong?
Second, When i load my xbox and to PLAY GAMES ON HARD DRIVE no games show up....but i can go to avalauch and load them from there. i was messing around the other night and im guessing i did something i shouldnt have.
Third, (Different XBOX) When i load my xbox everything take along time to load and it freezes alot. could it be that when i was putting games on it the xbox somehow shut off while transfering.... could that be some of the problem.
SOMEBODY PLAESE HELP!!! OR TRY !!!!

Well i hope you know how to FTP baumer as we need to ftp into your xbox harddrive and find the XBMP directory.. So here goes:
1. Open FlashFXP (FTP Explorer)
2. FTP into your xbox (normally 192.168.0.2)
3. if you have the original xbox drive still then connect to the E\ partition
if you have a LARGER HD installed then connect to the F\ partition
(XBOX MEDIA PLAYER is normally under e:\apps\XBMP or f:\apps\XBMP)
4. Look for the directory XBMP and find the file call config.xml.
5. copy (transfer) config.xml to your pc so your can edit.
6. You should look in the xml file and make sure the directories are correct.
I have a video directory on my XBOX HD F\ patition called F:\videos..
When XBMP loads it will look at the config.xml file and then it shows the directory with all my divx and xvid movies in that directory.
heres my example.. (VIDEOS)

Go into your evox dashboard settings.. (SYSTEM SETTINGS) and turn off anything related to IN GAME RESET..
DISABLE all IN GAME RESETS THIS SHOULD FIX YOUR PROB.
Also, what modchip are you using..?

Need more information.. What modchips are you using and what dashboard etc do you have installed.. Have you edited the evox.ini etc?
second i disabled all in game resets and that doesnt work
third 2.3 lite............dashboard? evox.. avalaunch.. no i havent edited it

Open your evox.ini file on your xbox HD and make sure it is autoadding the directory where your gamers are.. this will fix your problem..

ok.. once again more info needed..
1.do you mean it is slow tranferring from the PC to XBOX using FTP?
2.are you loading the games off the HD when they are freezing

im not doing anything but turning the xbox on and trying to play
right when i turn it on it takes a while to start
and then when i play a game it will freeze/stop then start again

Try and put as much information in your signature as possible.. use mine as a example.. I need to know everything including IF YOU KNOW what bios..
e.g. XBOX v1.2
EVOX 3921+
Standard Hard Drive
etc
etc
its hard to work out your problem when we dont have your exact setup..
Anyway, To me it sounds like you may need to patch your games and try to boot them again off the hard drive.. If this isnt the problem then it must be a very old bios..
