k first of all i need to know how much or how big of bios your chip supports. if it suports up to 1 mg like chamelon, u can put up to three or four diff bios in it(i think) anywho, u can use the normal 256 k bios to flash your bios. yea u can use 256 k bio. i recomand excuter 4.79.. or later
and for evox got for the .8395 the latest one
i hope that helps. i will do further more research on the your chip
as i said the chamlon works if u flash it with 256 k bio(it suppose to hold 1 mg chip)

Just came home from the holidays
I will give you the link to the xbit software manual:
As you can see it supports quite a few BIOS options - from a single 2 MB BIOS to several smaller ones.

hi mate,
Well i reckon it wont matter.. You really just have to choose which bios you are going to need..
for example:
1. Do you want the bios to look on e:, f:, or c:\ for the evox dashboard when it boots..?
2. Do you want to change the colours of the bios or just make it work..?
3. What size HD you want to run..? If you want to run over a 120gb HD you will need the new bios to support up to 160GB and a G:\ drive on your xbox.
4. Whos doing the install for u? They should know how to flash it and with what..!
I am doing this whole thing alone, so now that I have flashed the chip and prepared it for the BIOS(s) I just want any BIOS that makes the chip work with my xbxox.
All I have is the standard xbox with the normal size hd and all..
I can always get multiple BIOSs, different colours and all that shayt later..
