I did a ltools 1.75 softmod using 007AUF and all BLUE install options.
Everything is cool - I can play originals, backups, and homebrew.

BUT - I have a 2 game official disk that came with the box that has Top Spin and NCAA 2005 on it. I think the menu is CPX, but not sure.

When I try to load this disk I get an ERROR 21 screen.

Did I do something wrong?

I have a workaround if anyone is interrested, but its not as convenient as it could be. I would like to find out if I can make it work correctly with this game, or is this some new protection screen from Uncle Bill?

It could be or it's because somewhere and someone is touching themselves at night, it could be becasue there's an evil grimlins that lives inside your xbox. But let me guess you transfer it to the xbox and delete the origional default xbe and renamed some other xbe to default right? It could be that you didn't explaine vary well, or I didn't understand you because I been up over 30+ hours.

That would also work, but that wasn't my workaround. This is how I solved the problem:

Created 2 new evox menu items that point to D:\TopSpin\Default.xbe and D:\NCAA\Default.xbe

These work, but they are not visible unless I reload the menu with tht disk loaded by going to boxplorer and then returning. This is why its a pain.

I was hoping to understand better why the menu default.xbe causes the error 21.
