Hillary Duff is stuck as my skin!!!! i have it set to dl a new girly every 45 seconds or whatever but she is stuck on there!!! help me!! it still does the dl every minute or whatever and scrolls the name of the girl that should be there but Hilary won't leave!! AHHHH GET HER OFF!! GET HER OFF!!!
edit: anyone know what i should do to fix this? where is the skin saved to while its on display? please help me get rid of her! (its not even a GOOD pic!) btw i can change the skin to a local one and it changes. but on the AGAM (sp?) it downloads a new pic but doesn't change the skin.

Does it load up when you start up Avalaunch? If so, look for "bootimage.png" in the root of your C or F directory. If it's anywhere else it should change when you pick a new/different skins. If it's "bootimage.png" you can replace that file or just delete it to go back to the Avalaunch Menu when you first boot up.

i don't see a bootimage.png in the root of either c or f. i CAN change the skin but if i enable the ACAM(sp?) it goes to Hilary Duff and won't replace it with a different pic every minute or whatever. it downloads a new one and scrolls a name but over Hilary's picture.
edit: i'm about to burn the new AID 1.01 so i'll just go for a new reinstall of it after it burns.

Weird, might be a new bug or something. Do you remember what you did? Perhaps you should report that to Team Avalaunch. The random screen does save it somewhere. I'll have to check when I get home. That pic might be there. It only save one pic at a time thou in a png format.

well i formatted my hdd and did fresh install and no more Hilary Duff Woot but when it goes to www.skins.be i get a 404 page not found... ah well no more random chicks

Some peeps at the xbox scene are reporting the same thing with that link. Don't think it's something you did. I wouldn't have redo my entire hard drive. Just re-install Avalaunch. Or try updating the core, skins, and xml file and see. Along with disabing save to local and such.
Oh yeah, that random pic was saved in the Media Folder. Should of guess it earlier.
