I'm pretty good at spotting an understatement and i would have to say that is one right there cloud. LOL
But just so the info is there you could go to an infinite amount of space using a selector switch, as always i will add that i never found need for more then 300GB since it held 98 xbox games and thousands of ROMs plus a load of Apps.

Actual I have a 1.5TB in my xbox and other than the extremely long boot time you would never know it was there. I also tested a 1TB drive and the 1.5 only added about another 12-15 seconds to the boot time. The adapter I found was only 7bucks that worked for me. For those interested boot time with a 1TB drive was 37 seconds booting xbmc

ya I actually seen the 2TB WD Green for sale at microcenter near me on sale for 260-270 but I still went with the 1.5TB for 3 reasons (A) price my WD 1.5TB cost me $140 (B) load time I dont want to wait over a minute for it to boot and (C) i don't think I've seen anyone else put that kind of size in one of these... As long as 64k clusters are good enough which it should be, I guess you could go that big. waiting 50 seconds to boot up is long enough for me though

may as well have the upto the minute info here too, as of now 16TB is the limit although You can have 2x hdd's so 32TB would be the current limit.
I've not personally tried to run 2x hdd's under Cerbios yet so cannot confirm that upto 32TB actually works. _________________
