You're using the wrong term you mean how do I free up space on the HDD.

Quick answers is that with the retail HDD you only have enough space on the E:\drive (6+GB) for at most three original Xbox games and there are many games that will use up over 80% of that free space on their own.

One of the main reasons for modding an Xbox is to allow you to put in a much larger HDD and allocate the extra space to a F:\ or F:\ and G:\drive depending on the the size of the HDD.You then create folders on that drive, preferably using the UnleashX file explorer of XBMC's file manager.

With an UnleashX dash it should be set up to include F:\ and G:\ as used locations if they're enabled in System > Settings. That means you can have a Games (or Emulators, Apps etc) folder, F:\Games, and anything in there should be automatically displayed in the dash main menu: Games along with anything in E:\Games or G:\Games.
