I told you how to do this in a thread that you commented on already.
Quote:
If you are using XBMC, you can use the USB flash drive inn FAT 32 format. Then you can transfer the things you want to your flash drive on your PC. Then you plug it into your Xbox and use XBMC's file manager and make sure you use the right side to select the flash drive and then move it to the left side into the folder you would like.

Or you can leave it as FATX and use Xplorer360 to move things to the flash drive on your PC. Then you just use the file manager of your favorite dash to move things to the Xbox. You can also move things from the Xbox to your flash drive using this.

Why you wouldnt just want to FTP is beyond me since the best speeds you can get from the flash drive is around 600 KB/s as opposed to around 12 MB/s via FTP (it does change depending on what you are transferring).

Im asking to help a friend that has a broken Ethernet port on his xbox. I really do think the FTP on filezilla is great but if its not an option oh well.
