Yup it was supposed to copy XBMC, I included it as an app.

E21 is a generic error so lets double check a few things

1)What was the size of the ISO you made after adding your eeprom?
2)Did your AV tag anything when extracting the archive or running make-iso-win? Norton is especialy bad for deleting files.
3)When you booted it you unlocked the HDD (option3) rebooted, picked option1, formatted the HDD and answered yes to copying files from Pimped C and Pimped E, when it was done rebooted and locked the HDD

Okay,
1: Not at the computer right now, but it was more than 500MB. 504MB I think, not sure though. Burnt at 24x.
2: Nothing happened during extraction or making of the ISO. No errors, nothing from the antivirus.
3: Yup. Except that the eeprom I copied didn't work with the motherboard, gave error 5 I think, unable to unlock. I have only one eeprom, so I assumed it might have gotten corrupted during the copy, but I used a different disc to lock it.

^^ YIKES! Crying or Very sad
using a different eeprom.bin that's NOT native to the console/hdd it originally came from may as well be a hdd built for another xbox altogether!
DON'T use any other eeprom.bin other than the original HOST eeprom!
if you don't have the original 8/10g stock SOFTMODDED hdd with eeprom.bin on it OR a backup of said eeprom.bin for the present project...
you be stuffed!
the xbox eeproms are SPECIFIC to the console it came from, just like a lock and key belong to each other!
there's NO "master key" (universal eeprom.bin) i'm aware of...
....
get the eeprom.bin to the console you want a larger hdd in and go with the rest of the advice on this thread!
..
only other way to retrieve the eeprom.bin from a console motherboard (where all bridges are burnt) is a HARDMOD/eeprom reader! (areas i'm NO expert in, sorry!) Crying or Very sad

No, you don't seem to understand. I have the correct eeprom, I got it from the backup of my failing drive. What I mean is that, although I copied the correct eeprom, it could not unlock the drive, even though it had the original WD name(the stock 8GB) written right there when I attempted to lock, under HD Serial or something(the one I'm trying to mod is Seagate). I just assumed something occurred during the copy. I have another disc with the working eeprom. I used that to lock it.

Okay, you know how I said that it copied E files from somewhere in XBMC? Well, its down in the scripts section under platform_updater, so what I did was to delete the E, and then manually copy the folder. Some files did not copy though, some mp3s, and a lot of other files like babylon.jpg and skins.xml I think. So now, when it boots, it shows the big box splash screen, but after that, the screen is black.

Ok try a manual build.

Unlock the HDD, pick option 1, then type xbrowser. This will load the Midnight Commander file manager. Open the disc on the left side, and HDD on the right. Highlight the Pimped C folder and hit copy (F6 I believe) and pick dive into subdir if exist. Then do that for Pimped E, reboot and lock the HDD

Okay, I manually copied it, but some files still didn't copy, although all files that didn't were under udata, like some music, the babylon skin files, and tutorial, but it booted anyway. The splash screen didn't show, but it still booted to unleashx with the scarface skin. I can't access the mod menu because menu.xbe was one of the files which didn't copy, but the unleashx does! Thanks! Is the stock dash there by the way, because I attempted to run Halo 2 and before it showed the Bungie screen, it told me the disc was dirty. Could it be trying to run the update?

i've had "dirty disk" errors before and it wasn't the softmod causing issues but the "cache" pagefile/partitions!
if you have control over UNLX, check to see if the "X:/, Y:/ and Z:/" volumes are empty (usually are upon powerup/reboot but not always) and if anythings there, delete it all and try again!
also look to the E:/ volume and delete the directory "cache".........
..................
the console doesn't try to "auto update" off it's own accord, it only does it by user command!
DON'T run any "updater/doewnloader.xbe's" as this will likely kill your mod for sure!
the updater.xbe ISN'T being run or you wouldn't have got to a "splash/dirty disk" screen!
sounds like the xbox caches require purging! Razz (the xbox CAN'T multitask, one xbe/exe can be run at a time...REGARDLESS!)

Okay, I managed to copy the files that didn't copy manually, so it works perfect, thanks. The only problem I'm having now is a bit unrelated, but I'm hoping you guys can help me. The F partition seems to be bad in some way or the other. The drive is 160GB, no G partition. I'm not sure, but I think XBPartitioner can do it. I want to split F into F and G, and I have no idea how to use it. Any help?

is the hdd capacity 160g or the F:/ volume?
.....
if it's the former (should be) use unleashx partition format tool! (system > format menu)
..........
make sure the G:/ volume is enabled in unleashx settings (system > settings > storage) the F:/ volume should be enabled by default!
F: volume DEFAULT max capacity is 123. 408.52m (122g roughly) and if the hdd is 160g all in, the F:/ volume should already exist as it's maximum default values but for the rest of the hdd capacity (not used/allocated) that has to be enabled as G:/ volume in UNLX settings!
don't use xbpartitioner if the hdd is at the size you stated, it's not required unless the hdd goes beyond 250g! (in this case, xbpartitoner on the xbox is used to customise/offest the F:/ and G:/ volumes ABOVE the default allocation sizes given by ALL and ANY xbox hdd preparation tool)
........
