I know this is an extremely old topic, but I have this same question. Anybody know?

huh? whut?
anyway, found THIS mxm entry by a site search but it's old! (probably still relevant) it's a config so you'll need to edit the appropriate xml file!
to be clear, multigame building/menu hacks isn't something i've done or will care to do! (just trying to help)
also, look into cxboxtool and quix101 as they have related options in creating a multi-xbe but again, never used it...sorry!

Well, that didn't really answer my question, but I found the link to SPPV's MultiGame Menu. So I'll check that out!
EDIT: SPPV's MultiGame Menu is confusing as helllll. Guess I'll stick to C-Xbox Tool.

did find the item you referred to but i had to back out the site and google for it!
i'll link it HERE so it's visible to those who ask the same question!
well, you're gonna have to work for it!

Then couldn't I just skip the step and go straight to C-Xbox to make a multigame disc? What does your MultiGame do differently?

I use a different launcher. I always got game launch failures using MediaX and MXM thas why I made my own. 1 that uses a modified Avalaunch dash and 1 that uses a modified UnleashX dash for the launcher.
You can also use Xselect or modify Evox to do it to. Never tried Xselect, but Evox was slow in my experience. Ava ws very fast but UnleashX had much better skin options and very easy to include an install feature for each game.

Interesting. I've not had problems with C-X with the couple of multigame discs that I've made with it.
