Have you tried running a virtual machine of windows XP? That would probably work for what you want to do. _________________

If starstorm is going the route of a flash drive instead of an xbox memory card, couldn't he just use Xplorer360 on a 64-bit PC? That way he could just click and drag the save files to the thumb drive icon.

Virtual machine doesnt work. And yes Xplorer360 is an option, and it doesnt have to be USB a mem car works fine with it too

How come a virtual machine won't work? I know that graphics are weak in virtual machines, which make gaming on them impossible, but what stops a USB device from working inside of one? _________________

Action Replay doesnt install properly. Lots of stuff doesnt work with virtual machines. Plus usualy if you have a 64bit system, the virtual machine will be 64bit which brings you back to square 1. 32bit is the only option with Action Replay.

That's interesting Xplorer360 also works with genuine xbox memory cards and not only USB flash drives. Thanks for the tidbit.
I was planning on making a tutorial video for youtube and HQ (yes I know the millionth one :p) Since windows 7 is getting more people switching over from xp, it's probably best to use Xplorer360 since not everyone still has a working 32bit computer.

The mem card support with Xplorer360 and unlike ActionReplay theres no driver config so you cant edit it to match your card and work.
As it stands now Action Replay is hardcoded to install to Program Files which on a 64bit system means it goes to the 64bit program files and creates entries in the registry as such. When in fact its a 32bit app and was made back when Program Files meant 32bit, no Program Files(x86)-Program Files(x64). So you get the same result as you would trying to run an old 8 or 16bit DOS app.
And since its a commercial app, the chances of me ever getting the src to fix that are slim and none
