We got lots of new stuff for download coming your way. Due to bandwidth for some of the files they will be put in the VIP section. But seeing as I like to give stuff away and be a nice guy I will put each of the intended VIP downloads in the free section for 3 days before moving it to VIP. Give everybody a chance to get in on the action.
AutoBuilder5.1 and XBMC Installer3.2.2 will be staying in the free section as I see them as equired works for modding, fixing and upgrading that XBOX (shhhh all the emus in Emu Installer can be found in the AutoBuilder5.1 Files-Emus folder, just FTP em to your XBOX. You didnt hear that from me)

Um one question, do these emus work properly on the 1.6 Xbox?
If you want to save space on the HQ servers, you can now upload to the new Megaupload - Mega.co.nz _________________

Of course they work proper on a 1.6. Why wouldnt they? Virtualy all my videos are done using a 1.6b. Issues with the Xcalibur chip was more a linux/Xmugen thing and that was taken care of long ago. Ive never had an issue over the years running emus on 1.6 XBOX's. Some still dont support HD but what can you do? And thats on all versios not just 1.6. KIxxx and FBL both look quite nice in 720P. And only difference between the 1.6 and 1.6b is they switched suppliers for the RAM. One uses Samsung, the other Hynix. Which makes no differenc far as emus go, and in fact it wouldnt be surprising if the Samsung RAM is just rebranded Hynix since Hynix is the largest RAM manufacturer in the world and supply most other companies who just rebrand it.
As for Megaupload not a chance, that would be a waste of time. They are #1 on the USA gov shit list. Guaranteed. I'll stick to servers the Justice Dept. doesnt have a massive hard-on for.
Its not about space, its about the amount of bandwidth that will be used to deliver huge files like Emu Installer (4.35GB) Thats why its gonna be moved to VIP. That way it pays for itself instead of having to plaster some more ads up on the homepage.

Hobbs will be happy
I got some ancient emulators and they go mad in HD. Switch back to PAL and they run fine. I didn't know the video chip thing was sorted with Linux. I have XDSL on mine and it can't do HD and the picture is out of place unless you take the resolution down even further. Got any links to HD Linux distributions?
Mega now can't actually be taken down because every bit of info on their servers is encrypted, so they know nothing of the contents of the site and therefore can't be held responsible for hosting bad files willingly. It's neat system but we all know the site is just a Pirate Bay wannabe. _________________

If you look in the Xmugen folder on the Xtras FTP theres a bunch I uploaded that run in 720P. Which means the linux distro used as its base will also run on 720. Most use Gentoox so just look on Sourceforge for Gentoox for XBOX for a straight linux distro that will run in 720
And lso just for the record my 720P comments were in regards to emulators. I was simply stating the only things Ive ever seen have isue with 1.6 XBOX was linux and Xmugen not that they ran 720P. But they do
