I want to use my box to its fullest potential. Can anyone think of any cool fun projects that arnt too advanced but still fun and a little time consuming ? Laughing

Try to make your own skin for something, or do some hardware mod. I assume you already have a large HDD due to the emulators and XDSL, but you could add lights and indicators.

Skin modding/making is quite time consuming. I'm trying to convert a skin to HD for XBMC at the moment but it seems like so much work.

Skins are fun to make. 1 thing to remember and this will save you loads of headaches is when making skins for unleashX everything is mirrored. Left means right, up means down etc. Took me forever to catch this trying to write XML files to control the skin

Just for the kicks really. They move more air and some are quieter. I got one that is quieter than the HDD. Akasa Amber fan it is. You have to run it on 12v to keep the CPU cool enough.
