Haven't tested the others but pretty sure they'll do the same thing.
Can an Emu run Zipped roms? It should be able to right?
Anyway I changed the Emu ini to F and got this, when I load a game it freezes on a black screen.

The only things I can suggest Ken are
1) Return the ini to its original form, then when you go to play see if it will allow you to browse for ROM location the way FCEUltra does
2)Move the emu to F and put the ROMs back in the Surreal folder
