Posted: Mon May 16, 2011 2:39 am Post subject: USB Softmod ActionReplay "Error Writing the Save!"
I am having difficultly with something that may be uncommon for most.
I am trying to softmod an XBOX v1.6.
I followed the directions correctly about how to prepare a usb drive to be used as a ACTION REPLAY memory card.
I keep getting stuck at the point when I am supposed to drag and drop
SID 5.11 (Install SID 5) and MechAssault hacked game save (RUN LINUX).
While dragging an dropping on the ACTION REPLAY client I get this strange error.
"Error Writing the save."
Help would be appreciated

Ive never gotten that error before, maybe try using Gameshark or Xplorer360 to copy the saves, both are available onsite. Ive Used AR 1.4 with USB and SID5 tons of times with no trouble, only thing I can think of that would cause it is either the gamesave got corrupted somehow or the USB drive is failing causing a write error
