hi. I Am wondering If I Am Able TO Install A Cd/dvd Drive TO The Xbox With Removing The Old One Because I Dont Have A Y feeding Cable

You would need to be running XBMC as a dash and it wont boot or read an xbox game.

Then it should work fine for your needs and you will need a y cable or figure out the pin out on the DVD drive connector.
