1. Extract the ISO on your PC
2. Find the folder where bik movie files with .bik extensions are held (hoping that it has some)
3. Find the smallest video.bik file
4. copy that bik file over and over and replace the larger files (just rename)
5. now recreate the XISO.

another tip, there may already be some tools that downsize it for you.

yeh whatever.. just copy the smallest XMV and rename it to replace the larger files.. Then create your XISO with a pc app.. whatever it is doesn't matter..

Burn or just dump onto the xbox hdd and test.
It should play that intro movie over and over everytime the game loads the other movies.. heheh

if this is just a DVD movie, you can extract the ISO and use DVD decrypter to choose the files you want to burn, like just the main movie files which are usually the biggest files on the disc, and normally there are 4 of them.

DVDDecrypter is free, just google it!

forgot to add!!!!

You will need another program to actually burn the DVD files as a DVD and not a DATA DVD. SORRY!

I have downsized many of my ISO's in the past.. Its great for having all your games on the one hdd or for burning cd's instead of dvd.

I know it will work for you so keep playing.. Smile

replacing the files didn't work, replaced all the files with a default file of the same extension, only with the one small file.

all I got was data explorer, and the .xbe file did not run. any ideas??

also, working with another title that has .SFD files as movie files. will same method work?

thanks

I must admit that all the games i downsized had .BIK extensions.
I cant remember whether or not the .SFD files can be replaced or not but a good test would be to dump the game on your xbox hdd you want to downsize.. Then ftp into your xbox and replace some files (keeping a backup).

then just test it out!

hope that gives you some ideas mate,

enjoy the sites,

cheers,
