I have been able to get the saved splinter cell and install file moved over memory side usb stick to in the x replay software on my desktop. When I take that stick and plug into the xbox it does not find the transferred files. If I take the stick back out of the xbox and put into the pc it shows that there is no saved games on the card. I have tried erasing the stick in the xbox and the moving the saved files back over and still nothing.
This what I have done I upgraded the dash using Halo2 I have made the USB stick a max drive xbox device. I have downloaded Action replay software and upgraded it to version 1.4
Thanks in advance

Try using Xplorer360_extreme2 on your PC, with out that the PC wont show XBOX content due to the format it is written in.

Did you leave the files zipped when you put them on the mem stick?

Yes I did the first time. I found help googling xplorer360 where someone showed that you need to unzip the files to your desktop. It will then create a folder UDATA. Inside this UDATA folder there will be two folders in my case using splinter cell for the exploit game the folders were 21585554 and 5553000c. I then opened the partition 0 and used the drag method to get the folders over to the right hand side in xplorer360. I then had a usb stick with the saved folders on it. From there it worked and I now have a softmoded box. I used the SID51.Installer but there is also a ziped folder in the Softmod Installer Deluxe v5.10 Final.Xbox-Hq called SID51.Installer.usb. I did not find any info on this folder untill I got down to the dashboard choices in the setup. I says that if I would have used it I could have have been able to choose XBMC as a dahboard. XBMC is what I wanted.
BTW I used Sandisk -cruzer micro 4GB for my USB stick removerd the installed U3 software. Action replay software did not recognize it at all.
Thanks again
