I downloaded XBMCID v1.20 and burned the ISO as-is (I didn't add any other packages). The disc loads just fine, but the main menu isn't like this one at all. Mine is the same down to "XBMC Skins Section". Below that though, is the entire contents of the skins section (excluding "Install to E Drive") then that's all. Everything from "Application Section" to "Turn off Xbox" is missing. Sounds like an xml file is missing a closing tag, but I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned this yet.

I made the same mistake, goto the ISO Updater folder and run the ISO Updater.exe file. select all the addon's, I didn't select the 500 and the 100 dummy files. then click on "Select the XBMCID ISO" button.
back in the root directory of the installer select "XBMC.Installer.Deluxe.v1.20.Xbox-Hq.iso"
Now click on the "Save the modified ISO" button, this will combine everything and you will get a 2.5 gig iso file that boots.
if you read the instructions in the updater, it tells you to add the ISO first then the addon's.
Select the XBMCID ISO file first, followed by the
RAR updates, then select a location and name to save
the new ISO. After you select the last option the
program will start automatically. Please make sure you
have lots of HDD space before you start.
Now you will have a bootable iso. with the full menu in the tutorial.
