I have tried and tried again to burn the Auto installer deluxe iso file... it seems that every time i try i get a message "OUT OF MEMORY"... i tried to delete some splace on my computers hard drive but still no luck... am i not deleteing enough... or is there something else that i am doing wrong? I want to get this moding started but im afriad to screw up the hdd... PLEASe any advise would b appreciated

How big is the ISO file you are trying to burn?

Its a small file... im tring to use AID ISO UPDATER to use the iso and add some add ons but everytime i try to add the iso it takes forever and then says out of memory... i have several gigs left on my hard drive... should be plenty of room... could be wrong though

That exact one! but everytime i try to SELECT THE AID ISO then it takes forever then tells me that NOT ENPOUGH MEMORY...

What is it you want to do with AID, since the disk has so much you can just run it then FTP any of the add ons over to the xbox.
To tell you the truth i cant say i have ever seen this prob.

I have tried on several occaions to FTP to my xbox... not sure why... but its not working... flash FTP... and still nohting!!!
Can i get an iso file from someone... or is that not allowed on here?!?!?!

Ware did you get the AID ISO you are using?
You are the only one i know of that has ever had this prob so i cant think of what the cause could be, you did unzip the ISO right?

Yea im not sure what exactly i am doing wrong... I have tried everything... wish i could post videos on here just to show... i unziped everything into a folder and then tried to run the updater but everytime i try to load the .iso file... it takes forever and says... NOT enough memory... I have 11.5 gb free on my computers hard drive.... and 2Gb of ram... still nothing.... i tried to redownload and unzip again... same error...

Hey guys,
There really is no need to use the AID updater to get started.. I would worry about that later and just BURN the aid ISO as it is.. Burn the ISO and mod your xbox.. You can looking into updating AID later.
Like wes213 mentioned you can update things via FTP once you are modded.
Cant connect via FTP??

Without any addons from AID what exactly is that going to get me... im already softmoded... Am i going to get anything out of installing this... I started a new post to try to get my ftp working... I am burning the AID iso file now... wish me luck

Go in to the softmod options on aid and run the back up eeprom option then you can do the one click.
Are you reading any of the guides that came with the AID download?
