I have successfully updated my HDD to 80 gig from 20 and now would love it if every time I want to switch games I didn't have to get off the sofa and walk over to the thing and insert a new disk.

Is there a simple way to store some of the CD/DVD games (Ive got probably 40 discs) on the HDD (F: has like 70 gig free) and get it to load them from there or does that require a hardware chip upgrade for the machine it's just softmodded for now.

Thanks in advance for all your sage xbox guru advice.

Yeah man just install DVD2XBOX as an APP.
Launch it and put in the game disk and select to back it to the HDD. Wink

My obstacle appears to be that not all disks can be read to HD in this way for example Lord of the Rings Fellowship appears it has some sort of protection on it, but XMen Legends II RoA copied right over and worked like a charm just point and click and never need to dig for that disk again.
Thanks!

Just make sure the disk is clean and 99 of 100 games and movies should copy fine.
