how do i connect the xbox with the computer and what do i need. plz help me

Do you mean for xbox live or to transfer files?
If you mean to transfer files you will need to mod your xbox, a FTP program, and a crossover cable if you don't have a router. If you have a router you will want a ethernet cord.
If you mean xbox live just get a ethernet cable and plug it into your router. If you don't have a router you will need to plug it into your modem directly. _________________

Hello mate!
As you can see there are many approaches to networking a pc to an xbox. Things that you will surely need are a router and ethernet cable or a crossover cable as dearth indicated.
