Hi, I've just downloaded this latest installment as I'm about to mod yet another xbox and noticed you'd updated AID since I was last here.
Big respect and many thanks for your hard work and dedication to the scene!
I have a couple of questions I'd like to ask...
1. While reading through the included manual I noticed under the dashboards inclusions it says "Xbox Media Center 2008-06-30"
2. Is there any chance that you might sometime include some of Frosy The Snowman's VGA files (BIOS, Softmod, Dual Boot BMF etc) and some brief instructions of where to buy his adapter or how to make the cable.
3. Now that the PC Essentials installer is now literally "essentials" and is now for PSP and XB360 as well, is there any chance you might include more of the programs featured in the previous "xbox only" installer.
Ones I'd like to see include:
MooGUI (with a few modifications (replace XDVDFSMaker.exe for the new version and correct the links in the xml config)).
Quix (The program isn't included but the documentation still is?).
XBtool (The program isn't included but the documentation still is?).
eVtool (Same as XBtool except for eVox BOISes).
XBCD (Xbox controller driver for windows).
XBE Shortcut Maker.
FlickerFu**er.
Progressive Scan Patch.
xboxhdm (You give instructions how to use it in the manual, but don't include it).
I am also curious to why you still include DVD Decrypter when it's over 3 years out of date and has been replaced. As of this version (with PC Essentials v1.1) you don't need to include it due to ImgBurn being included in the PC Essentials installer.
The two programs are made by the same person but ImgBurn is his current development and is still freeware.

As I'm sure you all know, DVD Decrypter was shut down due to legal reasons. Not wanting to waste all my hard work, I'd like to introduce you to ImgBurn! - (Say hello ImgBurn) - "Hello" )
ImgBurn is an enhanced version of the 3.5.4.0 burn engine - and it will continue to get better and better as time goes on.
I hope in time you'll grow to like ImgBurn as much as you did DVD Decrypter.
I'm sure that it won't take much to update the manual to reflect the changeover as it looks and acts the same way at its core.
Keep up the great work and thanks again for all you've done and continue to do,

@Smoke_Screen_UK
Thanks for your kind words, I always appreciate it when people thank me for my hard work.
Now onto your questions:
1) That is a misprint. The actual version is 2008-12-07
2) Never really looked into his stuff a lot, hence why I never included it in the AID package. If I get more requests for it I can always look into integrating it. The main reason why I havent is because both the softmodding system and the AID disk were done by me, so if there is any problems it can be easily solved.
3) I can look into your suggestions and put them into the new version. From memory I removed DVD Decrypter also, I'll also update my manual to use Imgburn which is pretty much the same thing anyways.
All I get whenever I've tried to boot up with anything later than version 3 is just a black screen? Do I have to updte the bios of my xbox or something to get these newer versions to work? I need the newer version of media center and simply over writing the files doesn't work so i could do with getting the all in one to work properly.

Try clearing your E:\Cache real fast and see if you can get it to boot. _________________

Well i've got this to work now, would appear i wasn't being patient enough. I left it running for a few minutes when I got home tonight and after about 5 minutes it booted up and i was able to run it. This is the 4.41 i set up the other day too, so i'm well pleased. Thanks for your suggestions [/quote]
