This new version has added more support for the Sofmod Section, the latest XBMC Skins and Scripts, as well as the latest software available.
The new lite version is smaller and will fit on a 650MB CD-R/RW. The Emulator and ROM Installers have been removed, as well as the Anod-X and Avalaunch dashboards.
It still has the same functionality as the full version, except for those small changes mentioned.

I don't know if the new versions have made it to the VIP servers yet, they only come out about 24 hrs ago.

Is there anywhere else to download the AID 4.10 Lite other than the torrent link provided? I have had it in my queue for a while now (weeks) and only 4.4% is available.

I have cable at home. It is usually very stable and reliable. Funny thing is the day after I posted the question uTorrent found a bunch of sources and finished, finally.

Yeah, seems to be a problem with that at the mo. You can always try getting it from the torrent sites:
Also, to answer your question, you can burn AID to a DVD but you won't be able to use it until your box is modded (either by chip or by softmodding first).
If you install a chip then yes, you can simply pop in AID and off you go. If you softmod, you will need the game saves exploit and a copy of either Splinter Cell, Agent Under Fire or Mechassault.
