Ok for those of you who know of my monster i want to build.. These are a few parts i bought to tide me over..

Mobo: ASUS A7N8X-E
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 2Ghz
Ram: 1Gb (2x512) DDR400
Video: Geforce 6800 GT OC 256Mb AGP

I'm puting this into an existing case with PSU

Case: ATX
PSU: 20 pin 300W

QUESTION::: The guy I bought the parts from can't find the I/O plate, is it necesary imediately or can I leave it out until I can find one.

Not dont have to have it but their will be a hole where your componts hook up and air can go in and out.

i suggest u get one asap, because an i/o panel protects ur motherboard from harm. dude how much u pay for that stuff?, it sounds like mess to me.
