OK, so I fainly got easybuy200 stuck with one of there policies and they couldnt dance around sending my chip back to me.

So the story goes, I got the Chameleon with the adapter, but the adapter came broken. So I sent that back in and they said that they would send one right back. Well its bout almost three weeks now, and nothing has come back. So many emails back and forth, I finally won, and my adpater will be shipped on monday. YES!!!! I will fianlly get to mod my xbox. Sorry guys, just a little excited to get his going.... Razz

Okay, I got one for ya.

I have the first version of xbox, with the holes soldered in. I have the pins alined striaght and the D0 wire in the right spot. But when I turn on the xbox it runs correctly, like nothing has changed. I dont get a blue flashing light and the TV screen doesnt show the Chameleon incert cd screen.

Any ideas???

Okay Nevermind, I got it to load. Now I need a dashboard, slayer, and bios. What versions of each do you recomend???
