I have a duox2 gs (blue version) mod chip installed in the box. The controller works perfectly for the installed xbox games.
The problem is the controller won't work for some of the emulators (Mednafenx-nes, Neogenesis, Xboyadvance); it would load the emulators, but I can't move up/down or do anything from the menu. But it works good with surreal.
BTW I tried both AID 4.1 and 4.2, but had the same issues. The blue duox2 gs has x2 5035 bios. Did anyone have this problem?

They are not original MS controllers. May be I should try the original MS controller. Yes I did try different builds, same results.
I did not have this issue when using duox2 gs cromwell (white version).
This is the 1st time I use the blue chip version, it is original, not clone.

The emulators installed directly from the AID disk. Like I said, I have used the same disk for all other boxes in the past. This time the only difference is the chip (blue vs white)

He may have to configure the controller buttons. Did you check the controller buttons to see if they are set?

There is no option to configure the controller in the above 3 emus. I even copied emus from a known good working box (white chip) to this box (blue chip), but still no go. I think there is something in the blue chip that prevents these emus to run.

Could be a Bios issue (ive got problems like yours with a Pal box and Evo Bios) try flashing your chip with the x2 5035 bios.
