I am using the ISO updater and I have both 4.10 and 4.12 downloaded. Everytime I try to update the ISO with the new add-ons, I get an error message at 75% saying that the file connect be used because it is being used by another program. There were no other programs runnig at the time, besides Explorer. Anybody have any ides on this problem? _________________

Nah, It was pretty much self-explanitory. I closed everything out and rebooted and tried it again and it worked. I just don't see any differnce in this one and the 4.10. I selected the rar add-ons that I wanted and it worked and said 100% complete, update finished. I'm still not seeing any skins though. _________________

Im not sure that you can just pop in aid and add skins, you might need to reinstall the dash and that puts the dash on with the skin pack in it.
Have you tryed to unpack the iso and surch for the skins files?

Well, I looked in every folder that was on the new ISO and no, there were no new skins. The orignal version of 4.10 only had a hand full of skins, maybe five at the most. Well, that's still all I have. I have better luck just downloading them and burning ISOs of the skins from different websites. Only things is, I want that dash that has the clear cache button. I thinks you said it was Project Mayhem III. Get back to me. I stil want to get this right. _________________

I had to download the updated XBMC and get the skins add on rar unzipped and then then I ftp'd themto the xbox.

Yeah man get the aid 4.12 add on pack and unpack it, you will find the PM III SE skin in there not the 4.10 iso.

I have already unpacked the 4.12. I was trying to make a new AID ISO with the new stuff from 4.12 on it. I burnt a new disc, after using the ISO updater, but I didn't see anything new on it. I'll just keep trying to figure it out. _________________
