I am currently running avalaunch on two XBOXes and I am trying to get them to connect for transfers. I can't seem to get either one of the to switch to remote within the file manager. Any suggestions? I have tried to change the static IP and reboot, but that didn't help. i had this problem before, but it surprisingly fixed itself. This time it isnt going that smooth. _________________

Set them both to auto find xbox and reboot them to avalaunch at the same time, thay should find each other that way.

Avaluanch is very weird. There is no prompt for "okay" or "enter". I'm not sure I'm even doing it right. I went to that option on both boxes and changed them to auto connect XBOX to XBOX. It said I had to restart for it to work. So I did that and nothing happened. It still doesn't connect.
It might help to know that I'm using AVA as an APP and not my dash. Does this matter? I always have used it this way to transfer from XBOX to XBOX. THis one just won't connect though.
There is an "ERR" next to the IP on my main box and the same thing next the G: drive in the file manager on the other box. _________________

Err would mean there is an ERROR and it's detecting or creating an IP. Never transferred to from box to box so not sure how to fix it. _________________

Should just be an ip conflict try setting both xboxs from static ip to stock MSdash settings.

It seems to have fixed itself again. I did absolutely nothing to it. I turned them both off and let them sit for a few minutes. Then, I rebooted and hit the buttons on each controller in sync to get back to the Ava file Manager. They both switched to control with no hassle.
Seems to be an issue with the connections if they are not in sync the whole way through. I can't plug up another and go from there, I have to reboot everytime. NO big deal. At least it works. _________________

With XBMC when you hook up an xbox it pops up and asks you if you want to connect.
Much nicer.

Thats good to know. I just got XBMC.
Didn't you say something one time about one dash having a clear cache button? Maybe it was someone else, but I know I've seen it. _________________
