Yeah man the bios is fine i wold let that go and as for the quiklaunch its just an app that when you boot the xbox you can launch a diffrent dash with each button.
Like on mine if i let it boot it gose to XBMC but if i boot up and hold A it will launch avalaunch, if i hold B it launches evox, X launches unleash-x, and Y launches damn small linux.
But i dont use the quicklaunch app i use X-select found on the aid disc, its a real nice app and i wold say any one running an hdd over 200gb should have it.
