im replacing my Thomson drive, ive got plenty of other ones, but arent there different versions of Thomson?

The tgm 600 is the onley drive by them i can seem to find.
The guy that got me in to xbox modding has been flashing firmware on pc drives not sure if any of them are tompson.

If you do go with the thompson, theres a way to modify the laser to read more types of media. I've never tried this since I dont have a spare DVD drive, but it may be worth checking out tutorial download here--> http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/download-file-761.html _________________
