the other day i was unmodding my xbox and something went wrong ..a 21 screen with some un english writing came up and i dont know wat to do..thats all it does.. ..so when i turn it on it goes right to tha 21 screen ..wat to do

If you still have the installer and gamesave on your Xbox then just put the Game that you did the softmod with and re-mod it.. _________________

Easy....If you can still boot into installer then go into the installer menu and FTP the MS dash files back to your C:\ partion. This will fix this error. If you took the launcher file off, then you gotta hotswap.
