ok, that sounds good, but i have i few questions:
I downloaded FlashBIOS v3.03 from this site, what should i do with it? It should be on my xbox, right?
Do I have to burn it to a disc or can I use ftp to get it to my xbox?

Yes, you will have to create a disc for your xbox and boot from that disc.
Check the flashing instructions. It gives instructions on how to create the disc and how to flash. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

The cd doesn´t work! I have done exactly as they do inte the guide but it doesn´t work.
When I put it in my xbox it boot to the dash and sais, unknown disc.
Can I do it in another way or must I have a working disc?
Help!
