Hi, I have a short question and any responses would be greatly appreciated:

Since I don't have the proper accessories to FTP my Xbox to my computer to transfer data, I have had to resort to burning the data I want onto DVD discs and then coping the data to my Xbox. However, just recently when I put in a data disc, as soon as the Xbox recognizes it as a data disc, it suddenly freezes up my entire Xbox. I am forced to shut down my Xbox and restart it again. But it simply refuses to accept data discs. Could anyone assist me in this problem and possibly tell me what I have to do to fix this. Thank you very much for your time.

allright, to start off, what dashboard, chip, drive, xbox version do u have?
My guess to solve this problem is make a AID disc, pop it in your xbox, remove ur dash and do a fresh install. Most dashs have a file manager, so just locate your D drive and see if you can get it to work...

Also delete your cache. If you know your media and burning process works, this is the next step to try
