i got it working after alot of lpc readjusting, then i turned it off and back on to make sure it would work still and it goes back to fragging, and i know it has to be the lpc, someone help again, or maybe i could send my motherboard and chip so it can just be taken care of. i'm gettin frustrated..

You could always get a 1.6 solderless Xapter _________________

uhh thats your problem then, you dont need a LPC rebuild for a 1.3, the LPC rebuild is for 1.6's, desolder the lpc and then your chip should work. _________________

then most likely your chips pogo pins are stuck or not making contact, and the chip could be fragged, try and get a solderless xapter instead of using the solderless adaptor that came with the hyperx chip. Obviously the one that came with the chip is not going to work. _________________
