Making excellent use of Cel Shading and finding an excellent balance between hard-core combat and lighthearted fun, "Cel Damage" was an E3 shocker and is bound to find itself being counted among many gamer's favorite titles. Although its one-player mode in nothing short of frantic, "Cel Damage"'s multiplayer mode should keep gamers glued to their screens as they blast their friends in this wacky and adrenaline filled combat game.
