Star Wars: Republic Commando Delayed

Savvy fans (or the incredibly bored) may have noticed a slight change on the official site for Star Wars: Republic Commando, the first-person action game from LucasArts based on the recent Star Wars films. Whereas the game was previously expected this November, the site now lists as a release only the mysterious "winter."
When contacted, a LucasArts representative clarified that the title is expected to hit stores early in 2005. This is indeed several months later than planned, but given the avalanche of great-looking titles coming during the holiday season, we suspect you'll be happily busy in the meantime.
