Whilst in testing some minor bugs were found... The download has been temporarily removed whilst it is being repaired... People that have downloaded it before are urged to update when the fixed version becomes available. Sorry about this people...
It's not a problem that will harm your Xbox mind you, it's just a couple of simple problems with the implementation of XBMC (Xbox Media Center). There was also a bug in the Dashboard for retail drives with bad linking to the emulators and XBMC. It has now been fixed and is being re-uploaded this second.. Hopefully in about 12 hours or less it will be ready to download again..
