XBOX-HQ.COM - Xbox 2 Survey reveals possible names.

Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates (http://www.psbsurveys.com), Internet Surveys Group recently gave a survey regarding video games.

One set of questions was regarding the name Xbox 360. Questions revolved around what comes to mind when you think of the name as well as how much you agree with statements such as Innovative, Fun, Leader, ...

The following is one idea of how the next generation of Xbox might be described.

The next generation Xbox system will deliver an exciting new world of game experiences. This new Xbox is designed to revolve around you and your gaming personality, so you can shape the experience and interact with others the way you want to. The system is a fusion of video gaming, digital entertainment and communications, so you can play games, DVD movies, CDs, MP3s and voice chat with your friends who are online at the same time.

How interested are you in this next generation Xbox system, based on how it is described here?

A possible logo was shown but a java applet prevented the saving of the image, however. The logo isn't much different from the current one except a sphere encompasses the etched in 'X.'

There are other names also being considered for this new product. Of the following list of names, including the one you have already seen, which of the following names do you feel is the BEST NAME for the product described?

One other question asked which sounded more "next-gen:" Xbox 360, Playstation 3, or Nintendo N5?

Either way you look at it, this is always exciting to hear. My anticipation level is skyrocketing! The fact that nobody knows for sure what this machine is going to be like is also adding to my excitement. In today's age of authorized press releases and actual leaking info to the press I find it amazing that we don't know more about this machine.
