Today, Square Enix released a new trailer for Hitman Absolution, The fifth game in the multi-million selling franchise, scheduled for release in 2012, on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
Hitman Absolution follows Agent 47, a cold-blooded assassin, who takes on his most dangerous contract to date. Betrayed by those he once trusted - and now hunted by the police - he suddenly finds himself at the center of a dark conspiracy and must embark on a personal journey through a corrupt and twisted world.
Created entirely from original gameplay moments, "Introducing: Agent 47" is dedicated to show the richness, depth and possibilities surrounding the living and breathing world of Hitman: Absolution - powered by IO Interactive's new proprietary GLACIER 2 technology. Check out the trailer!
The special edition of Hitman Absolution will include a hardcover art book with a foreword from game director Tore Blystad, a behind-the-scenes making of video, and some virtual guns to use in-game.
