Battlefield 3, the latest shooter from DICE and Electronic Arts, coming to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC October 25th.
Today at the E3 conference, EA announced the official release date for Battlefield 3 for all platforms, new gameplay trailers and also unveiled that the game will have an Open Beta this September.
Battlefield 3 introduces Frostbite 2, the incredible technology that takes animation, destruction, lighting, scale and audio to new heights. Built upon this powerful game engine, Battlefield 3 immerses players physically and emotionally to the world around them like never before.
The latest E3 trailers (embedded below and after the break) showcase some of the amazing gameplay we will soon be facing in the upcoming game. It also features never before seen footage of the single player campaign, including urban tank battles, new locations, and more. Watch both trailers below.
