Microsoft Ships 50 Million Xbox 360s and 8 Million Kinects

If you had the chance to watch any of Microsoft’s keynote speech at CES, you may have noticed their outstanding figures surrounding the Xbox 360.
At Least 50 million Xbox 360 consoles have been shipped worldwide, with an impressive 30 million accounts filling the halls of Xbox Live.
Also impressive, Microsoft has manged to ship 8 million Kinect units in the past 60 days since the motion-tracking device launched. That also means there is a plethora of copies of Kinect Adventures floating out the world. Grats to Microsoft for putting a dash of Xbox in more than a couple households.
