Stephen Toulouse, Xbox LIVE Director of Policy and Enforcement for Xbox 360 has posted a message stating "you will get banned using a swastika as your Black Ops emblem".
@JohnJohn39923 today asked the question: "Still waiting to know if I’m allowed to use that emblem in CoD Black Ops, I don’t know if there is a policy on it".
@stepto replied:
“Seriously dude? Yes, you will get banned using a swastika as your Black Ops emblem. I don’t care if you “just like the design”.”
What a load of garbage stepto, get on Black Ops and you will soon learn that nobody cares about your rules. Every third person still uses a swastika as their emblem. Matter a fact, I may just go and change mine now! See ya online!
