Softwrap appoints new CEO and Business Development Manager

Softwrap today announced the appointments of Dylan Solomon to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer and Ivan Foreman to the position of Business Development Manager.
As a result of the explosion in market demand for digital rights management (DRM) solutions, Softwrap today announced the appointments of Dylan Solomon to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer and Ivan Foreman to the position of Business Development Manager.
Solomon, a Chartered Accountant, joins Softwrap from Moore Stephens, one of the world's top twenty accounting and consulting networks, where he worked for the last 3 years. In his new role at Softwrap, Solomon will be responsible for the group's various operational divisions, including Distribution and Quality Assurance, as well as all marketing activities. Foreman comes to Softwrap after 6 years with the security software provider, Aladdin Knowledge Systems, where he was responsible for Europe Middle East and Asia sales and business development. As Business Development Manager for Softwrap, Foreman will concentrate on growing the company's business outside its core markets of the USA and the UK.
