Major Nelson posted pictures of the event at the Coogee beach in Australia to break the world record set by 2,677 Spaniards who tossed 50,855 water balloons in 2005 ... oh yeah, and to promote the Xbox 360:
I just got back to the hotel and uploaded the pictures to my Flickr site. It was a great event, and it was even better when I got to meet some blog readers that found me in the crowd of 3,000 people. Check out the cool T-Shirt and goggles that everyone had to wear. I have video of the actual event, but I won't be able to post that until I get back to the states.
All in all it was a record breaking event, and I have an interview from the Guinness World Book of Records guy who was here to certify the event, and I'll post that as well when I get back to the US.
