The father of one of six people beaten to death with bats in Deltona, Fla., in 2004 said he wants to see the alleged ringleader Troy Victorino's "carcass on a slab," minutes after one of the men accused in the crime pleaded guilty.

Robert Anthony Cannon, 19, of Deltona, pleaded guilty Thursday to 14 charges, including six for capital first-degree murder, five counts of abusing a dead human body, one count of armed burglary of a dwelling, one count of a conspiracy to commit a crime.

With the plea, Cannon avoids the death penalty but also must testify against the three other defendants in the case.

Bill Belanger, whose daughter was killed in the crime, said he was OK with Cannon's plea.

"It is going to be a matter of time before someone shanks him," victim's father Bill Belanger said. "The boys on C-Block are going to get some fresh meat."

Jerone Hunter, 19, Michael Salas, 19, and Troy Victorino, the 28-year-old alleged mastermind, are also accused.

Belanger also said he wants to see the suspected ringleader, Victorino, dead.

"I want to see Troy Victorino's carcass on a slab," Belanger said. "That is what I want to see."

Victorino is the only one of the four men who has denied involvement in the slayings. Victorino said he was drunk and passed out in a bar when the killings took place.

Investigators say Victorino organized the attack to retrieve an Xbox video game system he lost when he was kicked out of a different house where he was squatting.

The four allegedly barged into the Deltona home with baseball bats and bludgeoned the victims, who raged in age from 17 to 34, and a small dog.

The state is seeking the death penalty at their Jan. 3 trial.

Jerone Hunter, 18, of Deltona, Fla.

Michael Salas, 18, of Deltona, Fla.

Robert Cannon, 18, of Orange City, Fla.

Troy Victorino, 27.
