What's new/fixed:
- Based on Damn Small Linux 1.5
- Checks to prevent the install scripts trying to install to a read only partition
- With a loopback/native install the root filesystem is now initially mounted ro (needed to allow fsck to check for errors).

- Can now specify the path of the rootfs the loopback install should use with the cheatcode rootfs_name=
- Note: Large DSL extensions (e.g. GTK2) should now work with the Live CD/ a frugal install as long as a swap file is made before hand.
