Short WIP note:
* fixed a bug in the fatx renaming function which could crash dvd2xbox with certain long file names
* speed up directory browsing for directories in the file browser (especially for ISO9660 CDs)
* buildin ftp server checks now for fatx conform filenames and renames it if needed
* reduce memory consumption by decreasing the background image size to a power of 2 (512x256)
* completly rebuild the settings system. added some more settings for the LCDs.

I'll try to finalize this version in a few weeks when back from all my business trips.
