+600days ago I had finalised the setup of my second Xbox to enable it to serve the Gentoox website and magic. Ever since then it has kept going to serve over 2866000 hits to this website alone (not including the previous web design and all other sub-sites or even magic!) without any reinstalls or major down time - this truely demonstrates not only the suitability of the Xbox as a server but also the power and reliability of Gentoo and Gentoox.

Hopefully it will continue to serve for much longer, or at least until I can get my hands on an Xbox 360. Incidentally, all donations received from now on will be put into a kitty to fund my purchase of the next generation Xbox. So far I have $15, going to need just a little bit more than that ;) Thank you to everyone for your support over the past two years!

As far as 2.6 and FatX go, the news is not good. Gimli is very busy at work and we have no one else who is willing to look/ capable of looking into the problem :(. If things dont pick up soon, I'm going to have to revert back to 2.4 :/
