Xenium OS now supports a dynamic skinning system and its our duty to support them. Supported file formats include JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, and XPM at 640 x 480 pixels. Accompanying the images must be a skin.cfg, all of which get placed in E:XeniumOSSkins
